Friends of Downtown Bloomington

In 2013 the Downtown Bloomington Association established the Friends of Downtown Bloomington Fund, a non-endowment fund through the Illinois Prairie Community foundation. This 501c3 project fund’s primary purpose is to assist in supporting charitable programs that enhance the quality of life in downtown Bloomington including, but not limited to, art, street enhancement, beautification and the creation and implementation of special activities.
Through the Friends of Downtown Bloomington Fund, you can now make a tax deductible donation to support our programs, such as our award winning Farmers’ Market, First Fridays, Adopt a Pot and Tree Well planting programs, public art projects and murals, and help to provide decorative banners and festive holiday décor.
The Downtown Bloomington Association is proud to serve the Community through its downtown revitalization efforts, and is grateful for your continued support.
