Angel Ambrose attended Illinois State University where she studied with Dr. Harold Gregor and Professor James Butler. She graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting. She also received ISU’s “Best Undergraduate Painter” award in 1985.

Behind The Glass is an individually owned art gallery providing reasonably priced show and sale space for artists. The studio is available for classes of all ages. Natalie teaches focusing in drawing and watercolor technique and method to enhance individual creativity. Display space is available for student artists to introduce their talents and make a step toward pursuing the arts in the future. Receptions are at least once a month. The space is available for birthday parties, special events and meetings. Musicians are welcome to showcase their talents on a small front stage perfect for acoustic performances in a cozy setting.
