It’s SPRING! Come on out and visit the shops and galleries of your City Center
Friday, April 7, 5-8 pm! There will be music, and ART with visiting artists at our participating galleries. Check out more below!

Center Street

Kelly’s Bakery and Café – 113N. CENTER – Will be open featuring the artwork of Jeanna Powell.

Satio– 306 N. CENTER –  Open until midnight. Offering a winetasting featuring unique wines from the Coppola Winery for $8.

Specs Around Town – 317 N. CENTER – It’s no Yolk! See our hand painted window by Haven Ryburn with the answer (finally) to “Why did the chicken cross the road?”.  For our Annual Spring Sale of course!  Hunt & Peck our entire inventory and get 30% off everything on F1rst Fr1day and we’ll save you more than chicken feed. Inside out Artist Co-op – 200 W. MONROE – Take your Self(ie) to the Spring Art Walk. Featuring the artwork of Laura Bailey, a watercolor and jewelry artist. The Illinois Grand Prairie Master Naturalist will also be displaying their handmade masks.


Main Street

Red Raccoon Games – 309 N. MAIN – Open until 11 p.m.

Harold Gregor Gallery – 311 N. MAIN – While on the walk, walk right in to the Gregor Gallery and see wonderful landscape painting by Harold Gregor. There are all sizes, all prices to suit your budget.

Joann Goetzinger Studio—313 N. Main A—Linda Isaacson Healy will be a guest artist showing new jewelry creations. Visitors will be able to sign up for two raffle give -a-ways:  A small work by Joann Goetzinger and a necklace by Martha Burk will be given away to the lucky winners.
Behind the Glass – 315 N. MAIN – Featuring the artwork of Bear Swanson, Coypond and HoundsTooth Wood Werk from Peoria. Jeni B and Brian Feldkamp will perform from 5-8 p.m. with Blank Sleeves performing from 8-9/

The Bistro – 316 N. MAIN –  A portion of the special drink sales will benefit the YWCA Stepping Stones Program starting at 4:30 p.m. Stop by after the event to hear Pickled Beats perform featuring Bones Bach and Ed Stone from 8 to 10 p.m.

Main Gallery 404—404 N. MAIN— Introducing new figurative art from Brian Simpson and Susan Palmer.  Dale Evans presents his new Lino Cuts.

That Dapper Pet—416 N. MAIN—Hosting an adoption event for Wishbone and a bake sale for the Human Society.

Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts – 600 N. EAST– They will be offering tours from 5-7pm and offering a BOGO ticket deal for Mayham Poets show on April 28 from 5-7 p.m. in the Ticket Office.
