McLean County Arts Center – New Exhibits, September 7 – October 18
Brandt Gallery – “A Practice in Permanence” 
A Practice in Permanence explores the importance of human interaction in the work of eight artists using a variety of media. All of the pieces have a life in the gallery allowing viewers to see and explore the growth, decay, or remnants of each work. The works toil with the question of art’s permanence and the metaphor this evolution embodies.
Armstrong Gallery – Alice J. Lee
Alice J. Lee is a graphic designer and educator with over 10 years of professional experience across print and digital media. Her research interests include alphabetic systems, namely the Korean alphabet, and concepts of disconnectedness and the dynamic of complementing opposites.
