Halloween is almost here and Downtown Bloomington is excited to host its annual trick-or-treat event! Businesses from all over the district will participate along with local nonprofits and community organizations. Bringing a night of candy, costumes, and spooktacular fun to downtown on October 27 from 5-8 pm.
