Halloween is one of our favorite times of the year to spend in gorgeous Downtown Bloomington! The City of Bloomington is excited to host their annual trick-or-treat event! Businesses from all over the downtown will participate along with local nonprofits and community organizations. We'll be bringing a night of candy costumes and spooktacular fun to downtown on October 25 from 5-8 pm!
